Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Reneé Rapp Official Store merch as much as we do, but if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
